LEARN TO DRIVE CANADA

🚘 LTD Canada Learner User Policies

At Learn to Drive Canada, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment for all students and instructors. These policies outline what is expected of learner users on our platform to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

👤 1. Account Eligibility

To use LTD Canada as a learner:

  • You must be at least the minimum age required to drive in your province.

  • You must hold a valid learner’s permit or licence before booking in-car lessons.

  • All account information (name, contact, email, etc.) must be accurate and up to date.

📆 2. Booking Lessons

To ensure an efficient learning experience:

  • Use the LTD Canada platform to search, compare, and book instructors based on your preferences.

  • Double-check the date, time, and location before confirming a booking.

  • You will receive a confirmation and reminders via email or SMS (if enabled).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that schedules change, but please respect instructors’ time:

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or account suspension.

  • If an instructor fails to show up, report it via your account immediately for resolution.

🤝 4. Learner Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe environment:

  • Be punctual, polite, and ready at the agreed pick-up location.

  • Treat instructors with courtesy and professionalism at all times.

  • No abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

  • Follow your instructor’s instructions during lessons and do not use your phone unless necessary.

🚗 5. Vehicle Safety Expectations

While LTD instructors are responsible for vehicle condition, learners must:

  • Arrive prepared and dressed appropriately for a driving lesson.

  • Do not bring extra passengers unless approved by the instructor in advance.

  • Report any vehicle safety concerns to LTD Support immediately.

🔐 6. Payments & Platform Use

To ensure a secure and trustworthy platform:

  • All bookings and payments must be made through the LTD Canada platform.

  • Do not attempt to arrange or pay for lessons outside of the system.

  • Keep all communications with instructors within the platform messaging system.

7. Ratings & Feedback

We value your feedback and use it to improve the experience:

  • After each lesson, you will be prompted to leave a review for your instructor.

  • Be fair, honest, and constructive. This helps future learners make informed choices.

  • If you experience any issues, contact support directly before leaving a negative review.

🛟 8. Support & Dispute Resolution

We’re here to help:

  • Visit the LTD Help Center for quick answers to common questions.

  • Reach out to [email protected] or use the live chat feature for assistance.

  • In case of a dispute with an instructor, LTD Canada will review the matter neutrally and fairly.

⚠️ 9. Account Suspension or Termination

To protect all users, LTD Canada may suspend or remove learner accounts if:

  • There are repeated no-shows, payment issues, or misconduct

  • A learner is found to be abusing the platform or instructors

  • There are violations of safety, respect, or community guidelines

Learners will be notified of any policy breach and given a chance to respond unless the situation is severe or involves legal matters.
